Latin Night was started to showcase our culture to the university. It originally began as a showcase in which both Latino and Non-Latino students came together to put on performances for their peers. The even grew little by little to become what it is today. Last year we would've celebrated our 30th year byt due to financial burdens, we were not able to celebrate. This years theme is in honor of the 202 E-Board who's planning of Latin Night was interrupted by the pandemic. This year our focus is to bring it back and best showcase our culture. Making sure decorations around the room come from Hispanic/Latino traditions in various countries. The performers will show you classic Latin dances. The buffet of food will represent different countries in Latin America, served from local CT restaurants.
